Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • MD or DO
  • Active state license required; DEA preferred
  • Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
Compensation

The pay range for this position is $240,000 - $260,000/yr. The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
