The Role

We are seeking an experienced Tenant Coordination Aftercare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our housing stability team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition of participants into their new homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide ongoing support and guidance to participants, addressing any challenges they may face and connecting them with essential resources to maintain their housing stability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular phone and in-person check-ins with participants to assess their housing stability and address any concerns.
  • Work closely with participants' support networks, including Fair Futures Coaches, Preventive Services providers, and Property Providers, to ensure a collaborative approach to housing stability.
  • Provide referrals to community resources, such as financial literacy programs, mental health services, and employment support, to help participants overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Assist participants with housing voucher recertification and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless support.
  • Liaise between participants and property owners to facilitate communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Attend meetings and case conferences to ensure a comprehensive understanding of participants' needs and develop effective support plans.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree and/or 4-6 years of experience working in the housing and human services sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with participants, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • A passion for the mission of Anthos|Home and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive starting salary: $65,000 - $70,000.
  • Hybrid work environment (3-5 days in office/field per week).
  • Tuesday – Saturday schedule a possibility.
