Job Description:

As a Shift Leader at Vitality Bowls, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that food is prepared accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner. You will be in charge of shifts, delegating tasks, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints, managing inventory, and communicating with managers and owners about the status of inventory and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team and ensure that food is prepared accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage shifts and delegate tasks to team members
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
  • Manage inventory and communicate with managers and owners about the status of inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and employee performance
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
