Your Role:
As a Retail Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining a well-organized and stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Retail Operations Leader is responsible for the comprehensive management of store operations, including expenses, merchandising standards, compliance, safety, security, and workforce management. Travel Requirements:
This position does not typically require regular travel, although occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, training sessions, or to assist nearby stores.

What We Seek:
Salaried Position:
Scheduled for approximately 48 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary for job functions. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without assistance, with the potential to lift more with or without assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a large retail setting, with annual sales exceeding $20 million.
  • 5 years of experience in a dynamic, cross-functional work environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in analyzing customer, market, and competitor data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in managing corporate or local change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain necessary sales-related licensure as required by law.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the home improvement retail sector.
  • Proven ability to establish community partnerships.
  • Leadership experience across multiple store formats or complexities.

If applicable, candidates must obtain any required salesperson license within sixty (60) days of employment.
