Appliance Repair Technician Job Description

At Mr. Appliance, we're seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the quality and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install Home Appliances/Equipment: Ensure seamless installation of home appliances and equipment, adhering to industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Accurate Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair appliances and equipment in a timely and efficient manner, providing cost estimates and collecting payment from customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Reporting and Administration: Complete daily route sheets, weekly reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance.
Benefits:
