Job Overview

Olympus Appliance Repair, LLC is seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing appliances in customers' homes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Appliance Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair appliances in a customer's home, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Collect payment from customers after work is completed, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in appliance repair, high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with a clean record, good communication skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
