  • Expand Image Handling: Expand image handling to accept larger files and support additional file formats, such as PDF.
  • Investigative Search: Transition investigative search to Elasticsearch, providing a faster response and report creation time for law enforcement.
  • Microservices Architecture: Build new services to follow a microservices architecture and run within containers using the OpenShift platform.
  • Database Transition: Transition database functionality from IBM DB2 to the appropriate cloud data store.
  • NIEM Schemas: Update NIEM schemas and IEPDs to allow agencies to use updated functionality and speed up the dot-delimited message format retirement.
