We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Preferred Therapy Solutions. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting. You will work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to patients with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
