We are seeking a skilled Radiographer I to join our team at Loyola University Health System. As a Radiographer I, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures at a technical level not requiring supervision of technical detail.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines to provide the physicians with the highest quality of diagnostic images.
- Provide assistance to the Radiologist during radiographic procedures to expedite patient care and quality of life.
- Prepare equipment and supplies necessary for radiographic procedures and perform daily tasks to ensure patient safety.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) prior to 2015 or obtain ARRT within 3 months of hire.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
