Compensation: The hourly wage is $29.40, determined by various factors including relevant experience, skills, and employment status. This position may also qualify for additional compensation such as shift differentials for evening and weekend hours.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the Imaging Center's operations.
- Deliver compassionate and professional service to patients and staff consistently.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of patient check-ins.
- Ensure the accuracy of patient demographic and insurance information.
- Collect and reconcile patient payments, addressing routine billing and insurance inquiries.
- Accurately process incoming orders in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Effectively de-escalate conflicts while recognizing when to seek supervisory assistance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role is necessary.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Knowledge of medical insurance is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to multitask across various software applications.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor in all work-related interactions.
To ensure the safety of our physicians, employees, and patients, all Health Care Setting Workers are required to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, with exemptions considered. New hires must provide proof of vaccination or submit a request for exemption within 30 days of employment.
