Treatment Program Assistant

Blue Hills Recovery Center offers a comprehensive range of treatment services designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. Our experienced team provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for people to recover from substance use and mental health disorders.
Job DescriptionThis Per Diem position involves assisting with the supervision of clients during daily activities, transporting clients (when necessary), and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our treatment team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise clients during daily activities and ensure they adhere to clinical schedules
- Transport clients (when applicable) safely and responsibly, following all regulations and guidelines
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients and staff, reporting any issues or concerns promptly
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members to ensure seamless coordination and support
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience in a similar field preferred
- A minimum of five years driving experience with a valid driver's license and clear record
- Experience in the chemical dependency/substance abuse/psychiatric setting or human services field preferred
We offer a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
