Mandatory Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage intricate projects and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
  • Experience with Skype for Business, Jabber, Cisco CMS, VTC systems, Oracle SBCs, and other unified communications technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Unified Communications Specialist or in a similar capacity, particularly in Microsoft Teams migration and administration.
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Teams administration, including voice and video integration, channels, chat, and collaboration tools.
Desired Skills:

Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Certification Requirements:

Mandatory certifications include IAT Level II and CompTIA Security+ CE.

Experience:

High School or GED - 20 Years; Bachelor's Degree - 25 Years.

Clearance Requirements:

Position requires TS/SCI clearance.
