Job Description:
Job Summary:
Actalent is seeking a skilled LPN Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing EKG and oximetry readings, and initiating IV fluids and IV therapeutic medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, documenting observations and findings in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
