LPN Staff Nurse Opportunity at Peak Resources

We are seeking a dedicated LPN Staff Nurse to join our team. Full-time and part-time positions are available, offering various shifts to accommodate different schedules. Benefits for full-time employees include health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Peak Resources Alamance is currently offering sign-on bonuses for nurses hired within a specific timeframe:

  • $2,000 for part-time LPNs and up to $5,000 for full-time LPNs, subject to conditions.

Available Shifts:

  • 7a-3p Monday - Friday
  • 3p-11p Monday - Friday
  • 11p-7a Monday - Friday
  • Weekend Baylor 12-hour shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:

LPN Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will participate in ensuring the implementation of established healthcare plans for a specific number of residents, as assigned and supervised by the Registered Nurse (RN). This participation in plan implementation may be carried out by the LPN, who will also participate in ongoing data collection.

Requirements:

  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this State
  • Current BLS CPR Certification, including in-person skills assessment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Preferred Experience:

  • One to two (1-2) years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility
