Job Description

At 321, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Creative & Digital Marketing Project Management team. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various marketing and digital projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and deliverables are of high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and progress.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project status, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Project Manager, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
  • Sufficient professional experience managing successful client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Wicked strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter drive.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, solve problems effectively.
  • Mac and Google Suite proficient.
