Job Summary:

BridgePoint Sub-Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. As a LPN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and supervising unlicensed nursing personnel. Your clinical competence in nursing procedures and patient care will be based on established theory, nursing standards, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with professional staff, patients, and all facility personnel.
  • Satisfactorily complete orientation and competencies established by nursing administration within 30 days of employment.
