RideNow Powersports is seeking a reliable and energetic Lot Technician to join our team. As a Lot Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the showroom and lot are well-organized and visually appealing. This includes moving and arranging motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft trailers in a safe and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pull units in and out each day in a safe and appropriate manner
  • Organize Motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, and watercraft in the front lot and showroom
  • Assist with tagging customers' units as sold
  • Keep units clean and dusted inside our showroom/building
  • Wash and detail units to ensure they are ready for pick up or delivery
  • Properly complete all pre-delivery checklists
  • Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite as requested
  • Keep the workshop, showroom and lot clean and tidy
  • Assist with other duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an automotive dealership, powersports dealership, or auction environment a plus
  • A valid driver's license with clean driving record is a must to be considered
  • Must be 25 or older for insurance purposes
  • Skillful and capable of moving large, heavy motorcycles (some up to 850 pounds fully dressed)
  • Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience, preferred
  • Ability to interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Trustworthy, Punctual, and Dedicated
  • Ability to be on your feet most of the day
  • Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturday and Sunday
