The Regional Licensing Coordinator will work closely with the licensing operations group in support of regional licensing activities, including business development, sales, and relationship management of our growers and marketers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing general administrative assistance, office operations, and customer service duties as assigned
  • Performing data entry and database maintenance with high attention to detail to prevent transcription errors
  • Interacting with Sun World's licensed affiliates via telephone, email, and in-person, providing attentive, courteous, and helpful customer service in all interactions
  • Addressing inquiries and assisting with resolving complaints and discrepancies, applying excellent judgment in elevating sensitive and complex matters for handling by the appropriate staff
  • Assisting in the preparation and periodic settlement of licensing/lease agreements and in the collection and processing of periodic planting and production reports
  • Composing professional correspondence ensuring clear and concise communication with licensees and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Secondary school certificate or equivalent and/or commensurate work experience is required; at least one year of administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient keyboard and basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software; prior experience with Microsoft Office applications is most desirable - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening; service-oriented, positive personality, friendly, and persuasive in resolving grievances

  • Sound judgment and trustworthiness in identifying and handling confidential information

This is an office-based position. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear. The employee is required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $60,000-$70,000 based on the location in Italy and the level of responsibility involved.
