Job Title: Rental Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ironclad Environmental Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and processing rental/sales agreements, assisting with dispatching, and assigning field teams with a safety-first mindset.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Book equipment orders for customers via inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and answering questions about equipment and additional items.

* Work closely with the operations and sales teams to prepare documentation for customer contract setup, shipping, and returns.

* Distribute daily assignments to field teams and ensure that all returned and/or off-rented equipment is properly documented.

* Maintain branch inventory of all equipment and track and manage the quality control of all equipment.

* Provide backup support to other team members in the office as needed and suggest ideas to improve branch efficiency.

* Travel to other facilities as necessary.

**Requirements:**

* College degree or equivalent experience.

* 3+ years of experience in the rental industry, customer service, or billing, preferred.

* 1-2 years of data entry experience.

* Exposure to standard concepts of scheduling and dispatching.

* Exposure to DOT and state-specific safety regulations helpful.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Strong MS Excel experience preferred.
