  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiopulmonary Rehab outpatient department
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including RNs, Exercise Physiologists, and Medical Assistants
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
  • Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
  • Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Physical stamina to perform duties, including prolonged standing and walking
  • Certifications: CPR, BLS, and other unit-specific certifications as required
