The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, psychology, or a related field, with experience in child development and community resource programs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting needs assessments and providing home-based services to at-risk families
- Developing and maintaining relationships with community agencies and resources
- Providing transportation and support to families to attend programs and appointments
- Assisting during crisis situations
