Job Title: Sales Lot Attendant/Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Lot Attendant/Porter to join our team at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. As a Sales Lot Attendant/Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our vehicle inventory, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and present vehicles to the public, ensuring they are in excellent condition and ready for sale.
  • Coordinate with sales managers to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
  • Clean driveways and walkways, removing debris, ice, and snow as necessary.
  • Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
  • Ensure all vehicle keys are returned to the appropriate location and all cars in the lot(s) are locked, with windows rolled up, and keys securely stored.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, and inform supervisors of any illegal activity.
  • Consistently engage with management, team leads, fellow team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships with all internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
  • Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
  • Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
  • Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Records check, and drug test.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
