Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Ambulatory Breast/Endo/Bari/GI/Hepato-Pan Surgery. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate and personalized care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in various specialties, including Plastics, Gynecology, Thoracic, Breast, Endocrine, Bariatric, and Liver/Pancreas.
  • Collect data through observation and communicate information to assist in patient assessment and care planning.
  • Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider in meeting patient needs.
  • Deliver care in accordance with the patient care plan, policies, and procedures of the organization, and principles of relationship-based care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program.
  • One year of LPN experience within the last five years preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
