We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join our team at PurAgain Water.

Job Overview

In this role, you will drive to customers' homes to test water quality and replace filters as needed. Your primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our top-of-the-line filtration equipment and maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive to customer homes to test water and replace filters.
  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and service filtration equipment.
  • Follow a daily schedule and route provided to you, starting your day from home.
  • Accurately document services performed and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • You must be a team player.
  • Friendly, punctual, and dependable.
  • Plumbing experience is a plus, but not mandatory; training will be provided and paid.
  • Ability to drive extensively; must be comfortable with a job that requires a lot of driving.
  • Must be 25 years or older with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to garage a company van at home after 6 months of employment.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required. Additionally, there's an opportunity to earn commissions to increase your yearly income significantly. Gas and other expenses will be compensated.

Work Schedule
  • This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday work hours, occasional Saturdays, 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, and on-call and weekends as needed.
