Key Responsibilities
The Blow Mold division is responsible for producing a range of plastic bottles utilized in our Juice Production sector. Bottles are manufactured to meet specific requirements, ensuring compliance with all quality and sanitation protocols.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate all blow molding machinery.
  • Conduct weight and water leak assessments, making necessary adjustments.
  • Package bottles in accordance with production and sanitation guidelines.
  • Document quality control evaluations, machine logs, and production activities as instructed by the lead operator.
  • Alert the lead operator to any discrepancies, maintenance needs, or safety concerns as they arise.
  • Assist with unloading plastic resin shipments as required.
  • Adjust machinery settings for pinch offs, tail lengths, parisons, and heat control as directed.
  • Support the Lead Operator with mechanical repairs as necessary.
  • Utilize a computerized inventory tracking system to label bottle containers with the correct identification numbers.
  • Manage the startup and shutdown of machinery when required.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must demonstrate a minimum level of Mechanical Aptitude and Math skills through competency assessments.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 6 months to 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Good mechanical skills.
