**Job Title:** Career Connections Specialist

**About the Role:**

As a Career Connections Specialist at Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio, you will play a vital role in providing employment services to clients with mental illness, substance abuse, and physical disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clients in acquiring employment and providing support and guidance to help them maintain employment. Additionally, you will collaborate with employers to address clients' employment-related issues.

Behavioral Healthcare Partners of Central Ohio has been a leading provider of integrated mental health and addiction treatment services since 1955. Our organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including:

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must possess strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other service providers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's degree in human services preferred. You must also have a State of Ohio driver's license, BLS/CPR certification, and basic computer, phone, and typing skills.
