Job Summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Radiology Services. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to render prescribed CT procedures.
  • Work under the direction of a radiologist and the CT supervisor to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Radiology required.
  • Currently registered as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) (R) with ARRT.
  • Candidate will have one (1) year from hire date to become registered in Computed Tomography (CT) from ARRT.
