About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Service. As a Clinic RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, adhering to the Texas Nurse Practice Act and other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify potential health risks, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or questions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Must meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas.
  • Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year of nursing experience (RN or LVN experience)
