Job Summary:

Mitchell/Martin Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team in a rewarding inpatient rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to facilitate optimal outcomes for patients undergoing medical procedures and surgeries, or experiencing injuries.
  • Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to promote independence, functional ability, and overall wellness for individuals on their journey to recovery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in acute care required.
  • PA RN License required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cerner charting experience is preferred.
  • EMR experience is required.
  • Weekend availability.
