We are seeking a committed individual to undertake a range of general and scheduled maintenance tasks. In the role of Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be tasked with responsibilities including plumbing, carpentry, mechanical repairs, painting, and landscape upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and oversee boilers and supplementary equipment for steam generation.
  • Manage the chilled water system and related equipment for cooling operations.
  • Perform regular inspections of all mechanical areas and maintain operational records.
  • Participate in Fire, Emergency, and safety drills.
  • Support the achievement of organizational objectives and goals.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
