Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
  • Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies.
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and functional workspace.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
