About the Job: As a Senior Quality Control Inspector at Southland Employment Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. You will conduct thorough quality audits and inspections, utilizing various tools and techniques to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our operations and help us maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Conduct quality audits of production processes to ensure compliance standards.
  • Perform quality inspections using calipers and micrometers to assess product specifications.
  • Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects and ensure product integrity.
  • Document findings from quality audits and inspections, providing detailed reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to quality assurance and control (QA/QC).
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of QA experience

The estimated salary for this position is $13.50 - $14.50 per hour, based on the location in Burlington, NC.
