  • Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, software, and hardware.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems, implementing necessary updates and patches.
  • Manage Office 365, email, SharePoint, and relevant business communication systems while implementing best-practice security measures.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with cloud services and IT infrastructure management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus but not required.
