Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Weekend Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at The Atrium of Belleville. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our residents, families, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including typing, filing, preparation of reports, copying, and scheduling appointments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, greet guests, and respond to residents' requests.
  • Resident Support: Assist with providing services to residents, families, and guests, including coordinating services and resolving issues.
  • Mail and Package Management: Maintain resident mailboxes, receive and distribute mail as needed.
  • Supply Management: Maintain inventories of supplies and assist in ordering approved supplies.
  • Safety and Security: Identify and report any unsafe conditions, including building hazards and threats to resident safety.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
  • Experience: One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, proficiency with office software, and ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, bend, stand, walk, stretch, and sit for extended periods.
