About the RoleAs a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. You will work closely with our clinical staff to ensure that our young clients receive the highest quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments
- Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and supervision to BCBA supervisees and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
- Collaborate with our clinical staff to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
- Valid driver's license with proof of car insurance and good driving record
