Responsibilities- Assist with patient care activities, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
