Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Data Architecture: Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise data architecture that aligns with our business objectives and supports our digital transformation initiatives.
  • Data Governance: Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework that ensures data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction to our data engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of data integration and architecture projects.
  • Vendor Management: Manage our relationships with key vendors, including data integration and architecture partners.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in information technology with a strong background in enterprise architecture and data integration.
  • Experience with greenfield data strategy, governance, and foundational concepts for data architecture and engineering, AI & ML.
  • Experience with data integration architecture and engineering in a Buy and Integrate ecosystem.
  • Experience in ERP transformations, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud ERP solutions and proficiency in Data integration with tools like; MDM, Profisee, Informatica, etc.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data architecture, integration strategies, and the latest advancements in AI and analytics.
  • Experience in vendor management, including working with outsourced data providers.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and project teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
  • Experience working in CPG, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Commercial Health industries highly preferred.
