About the Role:

The Assistant Operations Manager - Guest Experience will be responsible for enhancing our guest experience at the Front Desk by checking guests in and out, addressing any guest situations brought to the front desk. This role will also have exposure to the housekeeping department and F&B areas of the hotel to assist with the overall operations within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the management of the Front Desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work closely with the F&B team to ensure that guest dining experiences are exceptional.
  • Assist with the implementation of hotel initiatives and programs to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year previous front office supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
