Key Responsibilities:
In your role as a Hospice CNA, you will be tasked with delivering tailored health services and maintaining a safe, clean environment for our patients. You will collaborate closely with patients and their families, providing emotional support and relaying critical information to your supervisor to uphold the highest standards of care.
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Service Area: East side of Detroit, including Gross Pointe, Harper Woods, and East Pointe

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant is essential.
- Completion of a state-approved or equivalent Hospice Aide training program that meets the standards of 42 CFR §484.36, along with a competency evaluation.
- A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary for job responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
