About Our Program
Soccer Shots is a dynamic introduction-to-soccer initiative powered by coaches dedicated to positively influencing children's lives. Our curriculum emphasizes age-appropriate soccer skills, character building, and enjoyment in every session. We cater to toddlers, preschoolers, and children up to 2nd Grade, ensuring that each child's initial exposure to soccer or organized sports is enjoyable and constructive. Our high-energy sessions, led by our skilled coaches, utilize creative and engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Sessions are conducted weekly at various locations including childcare facilities, preschools, elementary schools, local gyms, or community parks.

Who We Are
Our coaching team is among the best-trained in the industry. We maintain a seasonal roster of part-time and full-time coaches who provide on-site Soccer Shots sessions at various assigned locations. We strive to ensure our coaches are placed within reasonable commuting distance from their homes and scheduled at convenient times. We offer comprehensive training, engaging curriculum, and all necessary equipment, allowing our coaches to focus on making each session a highlight of the children's week. Coaches may lead between 2 to 30 sessions weekly, depending on their preferences for the season.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal Soccer Shots Instructor possesses a genuine passion for working with young children, demonstrating exceptional patience, creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm. Our instructors should confidently and energetically guide groups of young children through Soccer Shots sessions using our curriculum, while remaining adaptable to meet the needs of each group. Our instructors are recognized for being safe, enjoyable, positive, and kind. Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset are essential qualities for this role.

No prior experience as a soccer player or coach is necessary to excel in this position; however, candidates must be open to learning and capable of standing, jogging, and physically demonstrating skills during lessons. Previous experience or education in early childhood or childcare settings is highly regarded. Candidates must also have reliable transportation, a mobile device with a data plan, and the ability to successfully complete all required background checks before working with young children. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule Availability
  • Monday to Thursday: mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Friday and Saturday: mornings
  • Outdoor sessions: March through November
  • Indoor sessions: November through early March
