We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Consultant / In-Home Comfort Advisor to join our team at Efficient Air Service, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and recommend the most suitable products to clients
  • Communicate product details and benefits clearly and accurately to clients
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and company policies
  • Enjoy meeting new people and working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 3+ years of In-Home Sales experience within the Home Improvement Industry
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
