Job Title: LPN

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for implementing nursing care for assigned residents, assisting in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care under the direction of the DON. The ideal candidate will have a valid license in the state of Virginia and a minimum of one year experience in an adolescent psychiatric or general psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement nursing care for assigned residents
  • Assist in the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of nursing care under the direction of the DON
  • Utilize advanced skills in patient care after education and training
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program for Licensed Practical Nurses
  • Valid license in the state of Virginia to practice as an LPN
  • Current CPR certification
  • Minimum of one year experience in an adolescent psychiatric or general psychiatric setting
