We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN - Charge Nurse to join our team at Bill Nichols State Veterans Home. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility and ensuring that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Key Qualifications:- Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.
- One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
- Ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
