Position Overview
Responsible for delivering recognized training and education to students within the Career Technical Training Center, aimed at preparing them for successful careers, further education, or advanced training opportunities. Maintains strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and ensures the integrity of student records.

Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in teaching or a related field is required. Must be certified, licensed, or accredited in the state where the center operates, or recognized by a professional trade organization. Previous experience with Job Corps is preferred. A valid Driver's License is necessary, along with meeting company insurability standards. Physical demands include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping, and crouching. The ability to lift 40 pounds and assess lifting loads to request assistance is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere to all integrity guidelines and procedures, ensuring no manipulation of student data.
2. Ensure the center meets or exceeds performance goals set by DOL/Company.
3. Provide training that leads to Career Technical Training completion and industry-recognized certifications, along with individualized case management to support student progress and achievement.
4. Deliver high-quality career technical training that facilitates student placement, including providing job leads and monitoring graduate placements.
5. Maintain an organized and conducive classroom environment, holding students accountable for adhering to the center's dress code and behavioral standards.
6. Produce quality work and assignments in a thorough, timely, and accurate manner.
7. Plan, prioritize, and organize tasks to meet established goals and deadlines.
8. Apply job knowledge effectively to fulfill all responsibilities and maintain necessary skills.
9. Mentor and model Career Success Standards as required by the PRH.
10. Supervise and manage the student population effectively, taking appropriate actions to positively influence student behavior while showing respect and courtesy.

Program Quality
Ensure the delivery of quality programs and services that meet student needs and pursue continuous improvement. Communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely, contributing meaningfully to group efforts and providing timely information to DOL/Company when required.

Problem Solving
Identify issues, analyze causes, and evaluate appropriate solutions before taking or recommending actions. Follow up to ensure prompt and effective resolution of problems.

Collaboration
Work in partnership with staff across all departments to ensure effective supervision and services for students. Accept direction and supervision from the Center Director/Center Duty Officer/Shift Manager, including performing responsibilities of other departments as needed.

Additional Duties
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
