Customer Service Executive

Ablaze Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales strategies.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer issues and concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
