About the Role

Taylor Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of shifts.
  • Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
  • Facilitate and conduct activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Active and current license in West Virginia.
