Job Title: Certified Nursing Aide

At Rosewood Center in Grafton, WV, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Aide to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents, working closely with our licensed nurses to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
