We at Swans Moving and Storage are currently looking for diligent workers to fill positions in our labor force. These roles involve relocating households and businesses across Washington state, often requiring long periods of physical activity. The primary responsibilities of these jobs include hauling, lifting, and transporting furniture and other heavy items. As a laborer/driver, you will not only be operating vehicles but also actively participating in the manual aspects of each move. For those without a Commercial Driver's License (CDL), we provide training as part of our comprehensive onboarding process. However, possessing one can increase your earning potential based on several factors including your work history, previous driving experience, ability to travel cross-country, and tenure with the company. After completing a 90-day trial period, eligible staff members receive a range of employee benefits.
While no prior experience is strictly necessary, holding relevant skills and certifications may enhance your earning capacity and prospects for professional growth. Nonetheless, dedicated and hardworking individuals who put in the effort can still achieve significant financial rewards. As mentioned earlier, salaries vary depending on individual circumstances, starting from entry-level rates but with potential increases along the way. Driving requirements include possession of a valid driver's license, passing a background check, and undergoing regular substance abuse screenings.
