KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with clients and management teams to identify needs and marketing objectives from stakeholders.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns and strategies across various channels.
  • Draft marketing briefs, articulate stakeholder goals, and pinpoint key messages for our in-house creative team to execute.
  • Manage and execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media, digital display, and search engine marketing.
  • Oversee and optimize SEO for key websites.
  • Regularly assess results and report on progress towards objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives, including social media, search, direct mail, email, and in-person marketing opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on marketing outcomes with the creative team and stakeholders consistently.
  • Foster and maintain collaborative marketing guidance for all entities.
  • Manage resources to meet communication goals and initiatives, including budget oversight. Negotiate fees and supervise vendor work, including advertising campaign purchases and direct mail expenses.
  • Lead marketing meetings with the team and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns for nonprofit organizations, member associations, corporate communications, or communications agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing.

Experience with:

  • Project management tools such as Asana or Base Camp.
  • CRMs like SalesForce, MatrixCare, and others.
  • Digital marketing platforms, including Google AdWords, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Digital asset management systems and collaboration tools, such as TEAMS and BrandFolder.
