Job Title: Renal Medical Nurse Specialist
Location: Spokane, WA
Salary: $63.17 per hour (estimated), plus a hiring bonus of up to $20,000 for eligible rehires and external hires.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in our Renal Medical unit at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient health.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of safety and quality within the department, actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- At least one year of experience in acute care settings, preferably in renal medicine or a related specialty.
